Colorado-Specific Accessibility Expectations
Although Colorado’s HB21‑1110 primarily applies to state and local government agencies, the law reflects the state’s broader commitment to digital inclusivity. Colorado encourages all organizations—public and private—to adopt accessible digital practices consistent with WCAG 2.1 AA and ADA requirements.
In alignment with Colorado’s accessibility vision, we:
-
Provide clear methods of contact for accessibility assistance
-
Strive to use technology that best meets accessibility needs
-
Regularly review our digital content to identify and remove barriers
-
Follow best practices informed by Colorado’s published accessibility standards and guidance
Ongoing Efforts & Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly assess our website using automated tools, manual testing, and user feedback to improve usability for all visitors. As accessibility standards evolve—both federally and within Colorado—we remain committed to updating our practices accordingly.
